Commitment to quality and reliability by Technilight and/or an exclusive authorized manufacturing agent of Technilight products/lighting fixtures in Canada

Limited warranty

The Technilight products warranty applies from the date of purchase of the Technilight product and/or lighting fixture. The product and/or fixture date of invoicing shall be considered as the date of product/fixture installation and start of operations. No other warranty, expressed or implied, than that of Technilight shall be considered.

Technilight and/or its manufacturing agent will, at its discretion, assume all costs for the repair and/or replacement of the defective parts/components following an evaluation of the aforementioned potential defect at the facility or its head office, as chosen by Technilight. This warranty applies only to Technilight components and/or original parts supplied in Technilight products and/or fixtures.

Any abuse and/or non-conformity and/or improper electrical installation and/or modification and/or use of components other than those originally supplied by Technilight shall make this warranty null and void; this warranty applies only to original fixture components and all Technilight fixtures. Technilight, and/or its Canadian manufacturing agent will assume one-way transportation costs, either repaired and/or replaced product/part/fixture return to the company or Technilight product reseller having dealt directly with the end user of the product and/or lighting fixture. All other transportation fees will be assumed by a third party other than Technilight and/or its Canadian manufacturing agent.

Selecting a contractor

Your choice of a competent, master electrician contractor and member in good standing of an accredited professional corporation is required for the installation and configuration of all lighting fixtures at the time of your construction project and/or the renovation of electrical installations of all kinds.

The involved parties accept to establish their locations instead of the headquarters of Technilight's Canadian manufacturing agent.
